Absolutely.... this is a great thing to put on your resume... it displays great entrepreneurial initiative, and building a business like this shows requires the "soft skills" that firms are looking for when interacting with clients/co-workers
In terms of incorporating this into your resume, it is probably best to put this under work experience. Just be sure, that, when describing your experience, you really emphasize the human-to-human interaction involved (i.e. reaching out to potential customers, inquiring about customer's dietary & work-out needs, soliciting feedback from them, etc.)
